Placed my first order on 23rd March and can honestly say, I'm really impressed with both the products and customer service. I ordered 20 leads and and 3 packs of the custom made bag stems. At the time of ordering, the stems weren't available from the website and so was offered to purchase separately via PayPal to be added to my order. The order was sent second class post on the evening of the 24th and yet still arrived the following day in time for my session. The bag stems fit perfectly into the leads and the quality is on par with big brand equivalents.
